About us:
We are
a Fully Licensed New York City General Contractors; our
company is fully licensed through the New York City Department
of Consumer Affairs. We are also fully insured (with a
multi-million dollar insurance policy) and bonded through the
New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. Our company is
claim free and has never not completed a project. We are highly
recommended and demanded amongst the local competition. We have
worked diligently to be known
as the "go to people" for all apartment renovations and
upgrades. We have a reservoir of information of all Manhattan
style buildings and architecture. To most of our clients we are
not only workmen, but we grow past the business relationship
into a friendship that tends to last many years.
Trinity Development Group offers
personal hands
on experience spans through all construction trades and our
experiences over the years has trained our staff on knowing who
will be best to tack complex obstacles. Our true and most
passionate trades are project and people management. There is no
better reward than to have the skilled mechanics complete the
most challenging of all projects on time and on budget. However
the most honorable rewards are the repeat business of our
first time callers. There are only two ways we complete our
projects, the right way and always your way.
About The Owner:
The name is Ray Deguzman I was born and
raised in Brooklyn New York. My mother is a New York City
real estate manager and my father is retired New York City
General Contractor. I was raised both in the office and in the
field. I watched how apartments and buildings where managed and
maintained. I have had a unique advantage of being raised with a
broad spectrum of influences that have sculpted me into a true
New York City Entrepreneur. I have used many of my family ideas
and methodologies and applied them to the business that I have
developed since 2001. I have realized through my years of
working for my family and also my own independent business that
there is no more important relationship than between me and my
client's expectations.
